Homework

Children in Reception to Year 3 are expected to read at home as much as possible. This is the main form of homework they have.

Other homework varies from week to week and may involve spellings, phonics work, maths activities or topic related projects. Children in Year 3 will also be expected to learn times tables.

In Year 4 homework is given weekly. This usually includes Spelling, Maths and a topic task. Children are expected to keep up with daily reading.
