Magical Carol Service

This was hosted by St Nicholas’ Church in https://www.facebook.com/arundel.sussex/

The choir sang beautifully, both traditional carols and also pieces by Rutter, Nicholls, Chilcott, Head and Tomlin.

Readings, both religious and secular included: Isaiah XI: 1 – 10, ready by Maisie, our Head Girl from Year 8; The Friendly Beasts, read by Coco from Year 4; at Nine of the Night by Charles Casuley, ready by Jack from Year 5; Rudyard Kipling’s Eddi’s Service, read by Lauren and Sean from Years 6 & 7 and Christmas Bells by Longfellow, read by Monty, our Head Boy, from Year 8.

A trio of Katie, Bruno and Maisie from Year 8 gave a lovely rendition of Chilcott’s `A Time of Snow’.
